Love increases with closeness because closeness can trigger feelings. There's high probability for feelings of love to be ignited if there is closeness. Let's quickly look up the word "close" in Oxford Dictionary. It means knowing somebody very well and liking them very much. It offers that it's difficult to have a deep love for somebody you don't know very well. The more knowledge you have of somebody, the more love or hatred you can have. Thas why it's not good to judge a book by its cover. Don't ever base your judgment on your first contact with a person. Ladies, listen. Don't base your judgment on the appearance of a man. Until you are close, it might be difficult to know his person.
This reminded me of the story of a female friend of mine. The guy she eventually married didn't look like it at first. She even abused him of driving one "Jalopi" car. To make the matter worse, the guy was a farmer but a commercialised one. This friend of mine was a nurse. How would a nurse go out with a farmer? Lol. A colleague of her, a medical doctor, was also interested in her. She was already falling for this doctor, maybe because of his packaging. But when she did thorough analysis of both men, she discovered she has been judging the book by its cover. This farmer has good character; he's God-fearing & kindhearted. This guy would ask his workers to clear her surroundings when it was full of bushes several times. The other guy (a doctor) would see it and not do anything. What really made her fall completely for this farmer was the day he went to the market to buy soup ingredients for her by just hearing her complain of no soup. She said, no guy has ever done such a thing for her. That it really got her. She couldn't but say "YES" to this farmer's proposal. They are happily married today. Am I saying Farmers are better than Doctors? Completely NO. This is not Argumentative essay. No co-debater or opponent here. I hope you get my point. The reason for this story is not to judge a book by its cover. Do not judge by appearance . Take time to know the person. You don't know if he/she will end up being your spouse. Be sensitive. Always remember that kindness makes a man attractive.
